SureWeigh is a SERVICE provided by TW Solutions LLC. consisting of a web portal and mobile application. This license agreement is used to inform users regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service. If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which is accessible herein unless otherwise defined in the Privacy Policy contained on the web portal and mobile applications.

While using our service, we require that users provide us with certain information that may be considered personal in nature, including but not limited to: your and your customer's name and email, your customer's address, your and your customer's phone number, your employees' name, email and phone number who are using the mobile app, and job-related information including: location, time, image data, weight and fuel levels, trailer number, and assurance code. The information that we request is retained and transmitted by us and used as described in this privacy policy.

We reserve the right to share the information we collect with any of the following parties: your customers, your employer, any relevant parties affiliated with your customers (e.g., their organization), any relevant parties affiliated with your employer, any other companies whom use our Service.

The service uses third party services that may collect information used to identify you such as:

• Google Maps Geo Coding API

• Twilio

• Microsoft Azure

• WHOIS

We employ third-party companies and individuals due to the following reasons:

• Azure: To facilitate and provide Service on our behalf;

• Google, Twilio, and WHOIS: To perform Service-related services;

We want to inform users that these third parties may have access to your Personal Information. The reason is to perform the tasks assigned to them on our behalf. However, they are obligated not to disclose or use the information for any other purpose.

The service stores certain, limited information on your computer and mobile device for the express purpose of facilitating the proper functioning of our Service. This includes, but may not limited to: login information, job information, settings. We also house the information we collect on a secured, cloud-hosted (by Azure), back end.

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. This includes, but may not be limited to: HTTPS transmission protocols, Microsoft Identity Authorization, OAuth, multi-factor authentication. Remember, however, that no method of transmission over the Intenet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Given the nature of our Service, we expressly do not address anyone under the age of 13 and do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can perform the necessary corrective actions.

We may update our terms from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review our terms periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting them in both the Privacy Policy section of our portal, as well as on our website. These changes are considered effective immediately after they are posted.
